From the FRONT DESK Check in , to a patient being taken back and released , this Surgical Center was WONDERFUL . ( Such Compassion ! ) They even have a Pharmacy for your prescription to be filled , so you don't have to make an extra stop on the way home .

I had hernia surgery done here yesterday and had a great experience. I had some anxiety from prior surgeries and the nurses were so compassionate. I was under the care of Natalie, Haley, and Margot and they were all so wonderful. I did start my surgery much later than the expected start time, but that can happen anywhere. I would absolutely recommend this facility.

My husband had a spinal laminectomy and he can't give enough high praise to the Dr's, nurses and staff for their excellent care and concern. From check in to check out they took excellent care of him. He felt very relaxed and comfortable because of the whole atmosphere there. It took his fear of surgery away. Also I had a vertigo episode just before he was taken to surgery. The nurses were so caring and helpful to me while I waited for our daughter in law to come stay and get us both. Huge shout out to nurse Kim for her exceptional care of both my husband and myself. We would definitely recommend this center as a top notch place to come for surgery.

Phenomenal. I’m very anxious when it comes to anything medical. Fear of needles, fear of the thought of walking into a hospital, etc etc. When I learned my surgery would be at a center vs a hospital I was relieved but still nervous. I get light-headed, nauseous, and pass out very easily and the staff was very attentive and made sure I was the most comfortable I could possibly be every step of the way. The nursing staff had nothing but positive attitudes and told me how much they love working with my surgeon. Special shoutout to nurse Kim and the anesthesia team. There was no lengthy waiting. Everything was straightforward and clean. The heating tube thing after surgery was the best. Bloomfield Hills Surgical Center is like the Trader Joe’s of surgery centers and I’m grateful my surgeon has partnered with this lovely facility. Highly recommend!
