We had an overall great experience. Surgery went well. They treated my son with compassion and they made sure he was well taken care of. They were really busy and running behind which is okay. They were super communicative and made sure I had water and everything ayden needed such as blankets and what not. Great, clean, friendly and very welcoming place!

Best care around. Brandy and Katie (RN's) took care of me pre- and post operation and did a wonderful job. Dr. Timmothy Henne did a full knee replacement on my right knee and I was home the same day. Love having a team of folks that actually care about their patients.

My overall experience was excellent. There was very little waiting at any step. Everyone provided detailed information on what would be happening and they always asked if I or my wife had any questions. Everything was done exactly as it had been explained and within the timeframe projected. Following surgery there was very little pain. There was numbness as the doctor had said. The day after my surgery I received a call from the center asking how I was doing. I am very pleased with my experience there.

Excellent and efficient care provided by Dr. Steelman and his team!!! First interaction with Chris in reception got the experience off to a great start - she is a fantastic representative of the quality care provided at the surgical center. Connie, the preop nurse, was very kind and compassionate and explained things very well. Appreciate the care from Dr. Getz of anesthesiology in addition to the surgery nurse, Sara, and surgical tech Maylynn - this group was incredibly efficient when I got into the OR. Colleen, the recovery nurse, was great and I got a lot of encouragement from the discharge nurse Hope, whose attention allowed me to be able to discharged in a timely manner! I would strongly recommend having outpatient surgery done at the Trinity Health Southwest Surgical Center - it was an excellent experience from start to finish! I am very grateful for the care offered by the entire team!!! Their teamwork was fantastic!
