I’m a complicated patient with multiple Neuro issues. I met the PA Kayla today, first time, and I could tell she studied up on my file and was very delightful to talk to. Dr Giancarlo was a gentleman as always. On to the neurosurgeon now with their suggestion and blessing. I always appreciate a knowledgeable and empathetic caregiver as these two. Thank you.

Service was excellent. Staff was very pleasant to deal with. Noteworthy was the fact that I had an elderly relative who also has a hearing issue with me and she was sitting in the waiting area for a period of time while I was being seen. Seeing her there for some time, someone came out to her to check if she was okay and if she had an appointment that they hadn't checked her in for. Very nice that they took that action.

Michigan Neurology Associates (MNA) has a remarkable staff! From the CEO Dr Giancarlo to the front desk. Krista (don’t know if I’m spelling it right) always greets us at the front desk, checks myself and my husband in, and takes our payments with a smile and cordial conversation. The other ancillary staff, the MAs, get out vitals and place us in a room with kindness and proficiency. Brad Jones, PA, always sees us in a timely manner, is very respectful, professional and empathetic at every visit! I would recommend Michigan Neurology Associates to anyone who needs their services because of the aforementioned attributes! Thank you MNA for taking care of us!!! This is the medical group that was consulted to see me while I was in the hospital with a terrible headache. I was lucky enough to see a couple of their P.A.’s. Patrick seemed to be really great and said that he could see me in the office after discharge. Today I followed up with him in the office and he seemed to be really knowledgeable and continued to follow up what we had not gotten done in the office. I would definitely recommend going to see at least Patrick if no one else.

This practice is much improved over the years and Patrick is Great. The wait time is far less and I can get through if I need to in emergency now and never used to be able to get assistance like that between appointments. Much better.
