This was my first big surgery experience. Before my surgery the surgery center called me multiple times, felt like harassment, for payment. Each time I thought I understood the charges there was always more new information. In the end if you basically don't either pay your bill or set up a payment plan they won't allow surgery. This is an issue because the surgery center had my card information and was going to charge my card 3X the amount than what my EOB states. Every time I called the billing person I was told they have sent the information over to my insurance again and had to wait 30-45 days. I went back and forth with the billing person for over six months. I finally received a refund for the difference that I was overcharged. I appreciated her help. The center is nice. Even has a drink station for those waiting for you. Again payment was brought up the morning of surgery. This did not help the pre surgery anxiety. It was quiet in the back. The pre op nurses were sweet, caring, and respected wishes. I didn't love the anesthesiologist. You get whoever is on call through the surgery center's third party company. I'm happy there were no issues during surgery. I felt rushed out of the center after surgery. I was sent home with one ice pack. After it started leaking I called to get more since their facility is all inclusive. They only gave one.

Everyone was so helpful but I would like to especially say thank you to my crew From front desk JLB, my nurses Laura,Alyson, Katelyn and especially Alyssa thanks for your patients in waking me up and explaining everything. April 15th was the first time I had surgery at this beautiful establishment and I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience. From the point of check in with Kellie to my Pre-Op Nurse Kara, O.R. Nurses Kim, Jesse and Brian, and my Post-Op Nurse Mary Beth all of you are wonderful people giving fabulous care to your patients.

Awesome staff; EVERYONE was very professional first of all. I have been here 5 times for myself and other family members. I have seen nothing but pros. Very caring nurses; everyone has a different way, but they show they care. Every time I've been there they ALL know their job. Thank you, God bless you all. Don't hesitate, this is much better than a hospital.
