They're the worst. They don't care about their patients, they'll cancel on you constantly. The urologist they sent me too was more worried about his hair, his watch, and laughing at type 2 diabetics for being "giant fat people". I've been living in ridiculous amounts of pain for months and they don't care. At all.
Great experiences with our physician Dr. Lane. However Corewell Health Billing now sends you bills based on what other insurance company s pay or don't pay. Regardless of what your insurance company pays for. Our last experience was a bill for over $600 without ever having any medical procedure done based on "estimates" of what other company's pay for. We simply just cancelled the procedures. We are in our 60s and have never been pre billed before for such large amounts without anyone actually checking what our insurance company covers.
Xray cant understand a order. Had order for week. Made me sit for 1/2 hour and then come out and say they cant do it because they didnt like order. Told them I have already had 4 previous xrays for same thing with no trouble. Kept telling me they didnt like order. Did they just decide that today. Almost a week after xray and still cant get copy of cd. This is worst place ever. Dr sent new request in for xray. Went back, was told nurse sent same order, I had new order with me. Person very rude, gave me hard time again. They finally did xrays but now cant get copy of them to send to Surgeon. They just hand you peice of paper and tell you to read it. I have requested it 3 times online and called. Still nothing. I will never return to this place. Whatever happened to them sending tesults to ordering Dr. Why is this the patients responsibility now????
I’ve unfortunately had a very negative experience with this office. During a recent call, a staff member interrupted me multiple times, raised her voice, and then hung up on me, which was extremely unprofessional. On top of that, I’ve had ongoing issues with getting my scheduled medications consistently. I hope the office can improve their service because patients deserve better reliability and courtesy.
The walk-in lab only schedules one phlebotomist so when I walked in to have my labs drawn, all slots were full. The receptionist says “well, she can’t do like 20 draws at the same time” That’s not at all what I expect but I do expect Corewell to be better staffed
