I paid a $975 up front for my cataract surgeries I have Priority Medicare than I received another bill after getting insurance paper saying I don't owe nothing I would recommending you go somewhere else.

I had an extremely pleasant experience at the Surgical Center this morning! Everyone was kind & very helpful! The nurses & doctor were very efficient & my laser surgery went off without a hitch! This is my third experience with this location & have always been well taken care of!

My husband had surgery last year, he was sent a invoice showing his balance due. It was paid in full, then we get another invoice saying he still had a balance. I called asked the person why this total amount due was different than what was sent to him, she had no explanation, they need to make sure they are sending out the correct information and not misleading people. Bad customer service

Don't ever try and get your account settled with GR Ophthalmology or Surgical Care Center. Their billing department will screw your accounts up so bad and when they don't take care of things to straighten their mistakes out after several client phone calls, they will lie and send your account to a collection agency, which will then hit your credit report and bomb your FICO score. After being a client for three years and having a cornea transplant and two cataract surgeries, I am switching to another company. These people don't care what happens to their clients.
