Everything about my experience with blakewood was we'll above what I expected. The staff was professional, caring and friendly. Doctors knowledge was spot on. Recovery was a breeze, no problems whatsoever. Highly recommended.

The staff was unfriendly at best. They would not allow me as the driver to accompany my husband into the building. They had several forms that he was required to sign but did not take the time to tell him what they were. He was rushed through the registration process as "They (the sugrery team) were waiting for him even though we arrived when he was instructed to. Then I waited outside for over 3 hours with NO communication at all. When I finally did get a call all they said to pick him up. Noone ever told me how the surgery went or anything else. When I questioned the nurses who brought him to the car they said the Dr would talk to him at his post opp visit in 7-10 days.
