The office was nice enough to call me to arrive earlier than my appointment time as there were cancellations. The staff and Dr. Bakken were warm and friendly. They made me feel comfortable as this was my first time at their office. It was nice to have your own private recovery room and to receive a warm gown and blanket as it gets cold in doctors offices.
