Not very happy with this place had a few concerning and unprofessional interactions that left me not feeling okay and in hindsight I should have revoked my consent before I went under I will most likely not be back

Can’t say enough good things about the staff! Receptionist check in, the nurses who took care of me, the anesthesia staff… everyone was not only pleasant, but made sure I understood the procedure and every single person asked if I had any questions or concerns. Dr Lesa Chopra put me at ease and no post op pain. Simply the best !!

I have been here at the Surgical institute, sorry to say, many times. All the staff are absolutely wonderful, they are concerned of your needs and go above and beyond what they are expected to do. The nurses are very informative and help you in any way they can. I have never had a bad experience there. The nurses will answer any of your questions and inform you of what you are having done. I could not have asked for a better experience. My 5yo son who is autistic had an adenotonsillectomy. From the moment we walked in, all of the staff were patient, kind, and extremely accommodating to his specific needs.
