I came for a procedure and it was such an easy experience. I didn't have to wait long, Everybody that talked to me was very friendly, the nurse Vira was so sweet and funny, she was making me laugh so much I forgot I was nervous. Derek and Omar were both very kind as well, Dr. Kam explained the results to me when I woke up.

The facility is a workhouse with many procedures every day. I had one of the first appointments of the day and was in and out incredibly quickly, without any issues. However, I wish to note two areas of concern. First, there is no signage outside the building to direct you where to park or go. While the Suite number is 150, there is no clear way to access the entryway. I think you should park in the BACK of the building and walk to the end of the hall, and you run into the entry door. Second, I felt extremely uncomfortable with the lack of privacy when reviewing my medical history once back in the prep area. There are several patient areas separated by curtains but no walls or private rooms, so you review your personal information with others in earshot. I understand that not everywhere can have private rooms, but when reviewing such personal details it would be nice for the staff to be cognizant of the environment and speak more softly or privately with patients/ That aside, I would absolutely return for a future procedure with just two areas for improvement.
