I brought my son here a few years ago to have his tonsils/adenoids removed, then I was there yesterday to use my tonsils removed. I haven’t met a rude, disrespectful or insensitive person that works there!! - The front desk woman (I wish I could remember her name) was friendly, organized and prompt. You can tell she is efficient ;) She explained everything very clearly. - My nurse (Mara?) was so sweet and I felt very comfortable with her. She - Dr. Yan? My anesthesiologist was very respectful and had good bedside manner. - The woman with grayish hair in a pony tail who came in to talk to me about what I could expect after surgery, you could tell she repeats the same speech all day, but she was still funny and sarcastic and it lightened the mood. - Recovery was a little blurry but my nurse was very gentle and kind. Even the woman who wheeled my out to the car was so nice! I can’t say anything bad about this place!! I hope they all get to read this and remember why they do what they do everyday and they matter to their patients! Thank you 🙏💜🫡

I took my daughter here for a procedure and it was one of the best experiences I have every had in any medical facility. They were efficient, explained the whole process in detail and every single person we talked to was so polite and professional. I usually dont write reviews but I just had to for Great Lakes Surgical Center, as they exceeded any and all expectations.

My experience with Great Lakes Surgical Center far exceeded my expectations. All the staff were attentive, caring and so easy to talk to. My 1yr old and I had to be at the facility at 5:40am and there was not one negative even that early. Thank you for the kind staff who treated my baby with such great care, they even have him a cute squish mellow to make him feel better. Thank you thank you!!!

Wonderful Kind & Caring Nurses an Doctors whole staff they're informative upfront with the procedures and course of actions very clean and well-maintained i'm very impressed with the hole process as I was here a fee months ago for my daughter in September, for her tonsils and now I'm here for Ethan's tonsils. I'm very pleased. I would recommend highly recommend.

The Staff at Great Lakes Surgical Center are awesome!! I went for the first time today for cataract surgery. Christie was so sweet, friendly, terrific and professional, getting me ready for the surgery, taking my vitals, and informing me of everything happening along the way for pre op. Tim was the friendly medical person who gave me wonderful care afterward, getting me a snack and giving me all the post op instructions. Superb pleasant staff from intske to discharge, excellent care and a wonderful facility to have the surgery at! Shout out to Dr. YU for the surgery. My experience here was terrific! Looking forward to having my other eye done there in few weeks!
