The intake staff at this surgical center was very professional and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience with a billing representative named Kerry was extremely disappointing. Kerry was extremely rude, did not listen, and used profanity towards me during our conversation. This behavior was highly unprofessional and should be addressed. I also spoke with a manager to report the interaction, and she did not appear concerned about the behavior, which gave the impression that it was tolerated or supported. If Kerry felt comfortable speaking to me in this manner, I am concerned about how other patients may have been treated. If this interaction reflects the overall culture of the facility, I do not recommend scheduling services here.

Our visit today for for suite 1000. The eye center. Arrived before our scheduled time of 11:00 am. Was promptly greeted. Welcomed and started on paperwork. By 11 we were ready to go. Just about ten minutes later. Taken back and prepped for the procedure. All in all two hours from start to finish. Very polite and helpful people. The nurse after the procedure was joking and thorough with what was expected and after procedure care. From the front desk staff to recovery and discharge. They really have it down pat and are very helpful. Next week is eye #2. I'll update after that procedure as well. So far. You can't go wrong with these guys and they do care every step of the way.

Lakes has a very friendly and caring staff, and that makes all the difference. Everyone I interacted with, including welcome/registration, pre-op care, anesthesiology, and recovery room staff, was just awesome. My surgery was a complete success and I'm grateful that this team is in such a convenient location for me.

My experience at Lakes Surgery Center was fantastic. My team - Tiffany, Melissa, Kerry, Vanessa, and Shelley were wonderful and took exceptional care of me. I also want to give Tiffany a special thanks for having a Diet Coke on hand for me after I woke up. Top notch team!
