Wife had surgery recently and we had a great experience. Check in was quick. Nurses were so kind and professional. Everyone met with my wife and her back surgery was a success! We were a little bit behind on our procedure time but there were other cases so it’s completely understandable. We appreciate all your hard work and are very grateful for your care!

The staff is amazing, quick check in as they had everything ready to go. They are all warm and welcoming, helpful, caring, understanding and knew their stuff. Very clean, and well organized. We would prefer this location over a hospital any day. Shout to the gal that got Mike prepped for surgery, and the anesthesiologist for best cocktail ever! Mike was out immediately, didn’t feel a thing, came out of it quickly, no grogginess or headache, which was a first. Thanks Dani for all of your patience with us following surgery including getting us to the car in all of 4 degrees. Outstanding! A+++

From a warm welcome we received walking in, through the pre-surgery to post-surgery care & the door to door wheelchair assisted departure, I was treated with respect and kindness. My waiting time was 5 minutes after the paperwork was completed. From there, everything moved like a well-oiled system, with each person explaining what their role would be, all in a manner that put me at ease. Throughout my time, my comfort was a high priority everyone took part in, which included my husband's assistance during some post-op discomfort I had. We could not have asked for anything or any place better than the Burnsville Surgery Center. Thank you for your outstanding support.

I’ve been a patient at Burnsville Surgery Center a few times and every single time, the experience is warm, welcoming and comfortable. The front office staff are quick and efficient. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes to get taken back to begin my appointment. Then, once I’m back in the room, the nurses are always accommodating and thorough when it comes to the paperwork and making sure I have what I need leading up to my procedures. Once I am ready for my procedure, the staff inside the operating room are welcoming, friendly, and always willing to answer any questions i have and make sure I’m comfortable before the procedure begins, during and at the end. I’ve always seen Dr. O’Brien and I cannot say enough about him. During my procedures, he has always talked to me and explained what it is that he is doing and why he is doing it. He also explains how it should feel so I know exactly what to expect. I will likely need more procedures in the future and I look forward to it knowing how wonderful the staff here is.
