My daughter had her gallbladder removed there the people work there were excellent. The doctor, the nurses and the front desk people they were all wonderful.

Our 2.5 year old daughter had to have eye surgery here and the nurses were incredible. From the front desk check-in being friendly. The entire experience went as well as you could hope and everyone there was incredibly kind, patient, and supportive. They explained what was going to be happening and kept us updated the entire surgery. We love Fairview and this experience was no different. Thank you so much!

I recently had a sacral nerve stimulator implant procedure at Ridges, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. The nursing staff was exceptionally kind, attentive, and skilled—truly some of the best I’ve encountered. Nurses, Emily & I think her name was Jennifer were the best. My surgeon, Dr. Gerten, was outstanding. She explained everything clearly, made me feel completely at ease, and even remembered personal details about me that made the experience feel more human and connected. I highly recommend Dr. Gerten for anyone seeking urogynecological care—she’s truly exceptional.

I had a great experience at Burnsville Surgery Center. Easy check-in, simple paperwork, great experience with billing through my insurance. Day of, the surgery staff were kind and accommodating. My husband was able to come back with me pre-surgery and wait for me in the waiting room (Simple waiting area that feels more like a standard doctor's office). Post-operative recovery staff were kind and listened to any pain concerns/follow up. In-building pharmacy made it easy to grab meds prior to heading home. 10/10 recommend.

Can’t say enough positive things about my experience at Ridges Surgery Center. My nurses were very compassionate and knowledgeable, and the support staff were professional and kind. Was able to touch base with both my surgeon and anesthesiologist ahead of time to go over the procedure and ask any last minute questions. The whole experience was extremely efficient, everything ran on-schedule, and it was very clear that my time was valued. Would recommend this surgery center to anyone!
