Surgery was fine the day of. Their billing department after was horrendous. They send you text messages asking for payment with no description of services rendered and you have to ask for an itemized bill for it to even be sent. I’m sure their anonymity is set up purposely so they aren’t questioned. Very unprofessional, Especially for a system that was hacked by Russians for months on end a couple years ago. This is healthcare 2025.

Just completed my second surgery in less than a year at 212 Surgery Center. I've never really had surgery so I can't compare it to much. Both surgeries (hernias and gallbladder) went extremely well, very short recovery time. I was well cared for and they took time to answer questions and concerns. You wake up in the same room you start in so I wasn't disoriented. My wife was kept informed and treated with respect too. Surgery isn't all that much fun, but 212 is a great place to have procedures done. Thanks to all the staff.

I have had two surgeries at Two Twelve and have had excellent experiences both times. My first surgery was a D&C for a miscarriage. The staff was amazingly kind and compassionate during such a hard time for me. I woke up from surgery crying, and the nurse held me and let me cry for as long as I needed... I will never ever forget her amazing kindness. After each surgery, staff followed up with me to make sure I was ok physically and emotionally. I would definitely recommend this location to others!
