My husband had a procedure scheduled there. We were given an arrival time by the provider's office that was evidently wrong. Received a phone call from the Surgery Center as we were pulling into the parking garage - where were we? The african american receptionist was rude and gave us an attitude when she stated that we were late for the procedure. I replied, "would you like to see our paperwork? This is the time we were given." She backed off when she realized that I wasn't going to put up with her behavior. The surgery and the rest of the staff were just fine. This person needs to be fired or counseled. Sounds like reception is an issue according to other reviews.

I’ve had numerous procedures done here and each time timely with care. Colonoscopy, endoscopy and most recently a gallbladder removal. Always scheduled quickly. Everyone is extremely personable and it seems like the type of clinic where the staff are allowed to be themselves in personality, which can be hard to find. The nursing staff is phenomenal and each provider I’ve seen has taken AT LEAST 30 minutes and thoroughly explained things to me and let me talk as well. Can’t recommend Bhatti GI enough!

Trying to cancel my appointment. I had an appointment scheduled for Monday 11/17@ 1:00pm. I was hospitalized for 11 days and moved to Transitional care on 11/18. Mid Friday afternoon on 11/14 I tried to cancel Mondays appointment via the app. due to me being still in the hospital at Southdale Fairview for cardiac issues. The app wouldn't let me cancel or reschedule, it said I couldn't do this and needed to call in. Which I ended up trying to do after my PT so I didn't try calling until later afternoon about 4:46 pm. I was on hold listening to the music and the second person in que according to the computer generated voice. Listened to music longer, it's now 5:04. After closing and the call dropped. On Monday mid morning 11/17 I tried calling again and went to a hold listening to music again for 18 minutes, I hung up because it was taking to long and my OT worker showed up at my hospital room for my daily OT care. I tried cancelling with no luck. I will try calling again today 11/20 to cancel the follow-up appointment scheduled for 11/24 due to me being in Transitional care for 2-3 weeks. In the app my missed appointment says No Show. Frustrating and difficult to cancel. Is this their way of making it difficult so they can bill insurance for a no show? 🤔 Wish me luck!

The receptionist was rude. My daughter and I arrived a little early for her appointment. The receptionist told her that she couldn't check in until 15 minutes before her scheduled time. Between the 2 receptionist, they were singing and talking very load. Making weird noises. One receptionist was checking a patient, while the other one was singing a song. Another patient said her name was spelt wrong on her bracelet. They claimed thats how it was put in her chart and blamed it on someone else. A nurse explained how her name was supposed to be spelt, and then they realized they made the mistake and reprinted the patient bracelet. What a sceen they had, over who did what. Blaming someone for thier mistake. Please. I had such a headache from listening to this singing and load laughing, noises and conversations between each other, I had to leave until my daughter was done.
