Today was my 2nd surgery at this amazing facility. From intake to discharge, I was treated great. Shandra, Marcy, Glenda, and my amazing surgical team were the best. The professionalism of every single person was 5 star worthy. I would recommend this place to anyone who is thinking of having surgery. My surgery was in March 2020 just as Covid was starting. The surgery was all very professionally performed and it was successful, however when it came time to remove the stitches they were not there. I called several places, based on the multiple billing entities from which I received bills, but could not get anyone to remove the stitches. I was on my own. I finally asked a neighbor to pull them out. I was billed by several different entities. They got my insurance information wrong and I still do not know whether or how much my insurance paid because the statements do not reflect that information. It is all very confusing, the office people have not been helpful, and I feel like I am paying for the surgery because insurance was not billed properly. All-in-all this was not a good experience. I will have serious consideration about going there again, if ever the situation arises.
