Procedures Performed

Common outpatient procedures performed at this ambulatory surgery center, based on reported specialties.

Knee ArthroscopyA camera and small instruments are inserted through incisions the size of a buttonhole to repair cartilage, trim a torn meniscus, or remove loose fragments. Because the joint is not opened fully, recovery is far faster than traditional open knee surgery.Shoulder ArthroscopyUses a small camera and instruments through tiny incisions to repair the shoulder joint β€” commonly for impingement, labral tears, or damaged cartilage. Most patients go home the same day and begin physical therapy within the first week.ACL ReconstructionRebuilds the torn anterior cruciate ligament using a graft, since a fully torn ACL does not heal on its own. The surgery itself is outpatient, but returning to cutting and pivoting sports typically takes nine to twelve months of structured rehabilitation.Rotator Cuff RepairReattaches torn tendons in the shoulder to the bone. Pain relief often comes well before strength does β€” a sling is typical for several weeks and full recovery commonly takes four to six months, with physical therapy doing much of the work.Carpal Tunnel ReleaseCuts the ligament pressing on the median nerve at the wrist to relieve numbness, tingling, and night pain in the hand. The procedure takes about 15 minutes under local anesthesia. Night symptoms often improve immediately; grip strength returns over several weeks.Joint ReplacementDamaged joint surfaces are replaced with implants, most commonly at the knee or hip. Once exclusively a hospital procedure, selected healthy patients now have this done at surgery centers and go home the same day with a structured recovery plan.

I recently had a fantastic experience with both a physical therapist and a chiropractor. The therapist was compassionate and created a safe space while using effective techniques that led to significant progress. Meanwhile, the chiropractor assessed my condition thoroughly and provided tailored treatments that greatly alleviated my back and neck pain. The integration between the care was seamless, with both professionals communicating effectively. Overall, this holistic approach has truly transformed my wellbeing, and I'm grateful for the support I've received.

I am so happy with the services that I am getting for my injured hip and leg . They work as a team and figure out what I need to get back to normal . From cupping and needling and massage . I am feeling so much better and it’s only been 1 month . I have recommended this clinic to my friends and family and would highly encourage you to go for a consultation if you have any issue going on . Thank goodness I knew about them when this happened to me . I am truly blessed to have Dr Christie and Melissa working on me .

Found this gem while rehabbing a recurring low back issue. Absolutely the best service! I had the most thorough assessment for my issue, more then the doctor's office, more than the chiropractor. I learned a ton and every minute spent with PT was useful and purposeful. Highly recommend!

iBackCheck and their Chiropractic and PT services have been instrumental in providing medical services to both my hockey focused daughter and my son in college. Dr. Christi was highly recommended to us for injury treatment and on going sports care. My kids have been patients there now for several years. My wife and I highly recommend them for others.

Dr. Christian and her PT staff are amazing! I've suffered major sports-related injuries that left me dealing with chronic pain until I found iBackCheck. The combination of access to chiropractic work, supportive treatments & individualized strength training has not only reduced my pain to almost zero, but also allowed me to get back on track as an athlete. Thank you iBackCheck!
