I was super nervous to have surgery I needed. I was treated very well and with upmost compassion and respect. All staff were very professional yet personable. Staff listened actively and made all the efforts to assure I was comfortable and informed mentally and physically. I would definitely recommend this center and use them again!

Every individual we interacted with on our surgery day, from check in to check out, was professional, skilled, and kind. They set expectations well regarding who we would engage with, what would be done, at about what time, etc. They were also incredibly showing us how to care for our family member once home, and helped our nervous family member feel at ease on a stressful day. Wonderful experience.

I had a wonderful experience here! I was super nervous for my daughter and how she would do, but the staff here absolutely nailed it! Normally, my daughter is shy and is a velcro child, but EVERYONE did such a fantastic job that she didn't even cry once! My daughter is also mixed and bilingual. They gave her a ride to the surgery room in a wagon and gave her a cute bear! They provided adorable colored pencils, and everyone was just so friendly and good with children. Our surgery went great, and they provided great communication.

Incredible experience with everyone at WestHealth Surgery Center. Communication was excellent from the moment my procedure was scheduled. I felt well cared for and comforted the day of my surgery. All staff members were friendly, kind and very helpful. Kayla (post-op nurse) was excellent with patient care and kindness. Everyone was wonderful. Thank you so much for your incredible care plus the follow up call and thoughtful card. Great experience at a wonderful surgery center!

I just wanted to thank everyone that worked with me yesterday for my inner ear surgery, the staff noticed how incredibly stressed I was as procedures make me incredibly anxious. They made sure not to crowd me, they were open and honest. Overall just making sure I was as comfortable as can be. Truly 5/5 stars for them. As even though I’m grown, I still have the mind of a child when it comes to surgery, and other such things. They did a impeccable job to really make me as comfortable as possible. You all are great at what you do, thank uou!!
