This is a place of nightmares. Had a doctor admit to abusing a patient to me. I reported him and he appeared to no longer be allowed to have contact with patients but the other doctors were much much worse. This place really is the stuff of nightmares. It seemed quite obvious to me that they kept the patients stuck in a revolving door so they could continue making money. These people are sick.

After paying a medical bill on monthly payments the account was sent to debt collection. I called the billing office and I thought everything was worked out. We kept getting calls from the debt collection company. We never answered them at first as I assumed it was a scam from Jakarta. The Fairview billing office is closed when I get home from work so I can't pay by phone and the online health chart does not show an amount to be paid. I called the debt collection company back and said I can pay over the phone but, once again, with all of the scams happening I am NOT paying some random guy that calls and says pay up. Fairview, if you want the payments, why did you take it out of mychart? It would all be paid off by now if you were not so difficult to work with.
