Shout out to Dr. Cinnor and the nursing staff at MNGI St Paul. This was my first colonoscopy, and they made me feel so comfortable. All the nurses were very kind, and Dr. Cinnor has a great bedside manner. I immediately liked her and would request her again if I needed to return.

I was a little nervous before my endoscopy/colonoscopy procedure, but all of the staff explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. Everything went smoothly from check in to discharge - I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

I went here for an upper endoscopy to confirm a celiac diagnosis and it was as smooth as I could have ever hoped. The clinic sent texts and emails ahead of time to make sure I was prepared for the procedure, then when I arrived the staff members were all caring and informative to make sure I felt comfortable and prepared. I genuinely can't imagine a better experience, and teased that my only complaint is now I can't eat gluten (which obviously is a joke and not their fault).

Very professional, friendly and helpful. I was able to get an appointment with short notice (10 days) and the day before the colonoscopy, they were able to move my appointment to an earlier time for the next day (appreciated given the hunger at that point). Once I arrived they efficiently got me through the admitting and prep and were very open to my not using anesthesia- yet they made it such that I could change my mind at any time. The doctor and the others were encouraging and informative during the procedure. I was particularly impressed by the post-procedure person - very thorough and helpful.

This was my first time there. I was pleasantly surprised and so impressed! I was treated like royalty! Everyone from the receptionist to nurses to doctors went out of their way to please and make me feel comfortable. Excellent customer service! When they found out that I was petrified of needles, they got a senior experienced nurse to put the IV needle in (painless!) and even my colonoscopy doctor was there to distract me. My doctor stood at the surgery room door to welcome me as I entered. Everyone involved explained their role and every step of the procedure. I have been to many other centers. This place takes patient care to a whole new level! Other centers could learn from this place!
