Some of the check in/front desk staff was rude, unwelcoming, and not at all helpful to an anxious patient. Having said that- most staff were WONDERFUL and the actual nurses and doctors? Angels. Billy and Jackie were phenomenal and doctor Karlen is highly regarded for a reason. He’s sweet and knows what he’s doing and all nurses went above and beyond when it came to keeping me comfortable, supported, and respected. I felt taken care of like I was their actual family and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience outside of a couple fluke staff. Truly, I can’t recommend enough. Even doctor Wagner, who was brisk to say the least, made me feel confident that he knew was he was doing . You’re in great hands here

They were very informative, reassuring, and kind during my son's adenoidectomy. I really appreciate them slowly waking him from anesthesia, which resulted in a much better outcome compared to a previous procedure done elsewhere. Thank you all for your great care!

Avoid dr Dyment. We are very disappointed with our surgery. Good location, nice and helpful staff. But horrible anesthesia from Dyment please ensure to ask for someone else you are not in good hands with her.

I received a laser iridotomy procedure from Dr. Aaron Tsai for narrow angle configuration. What a night mare of a decision. I was given no information regarding the surgery complications, I was rushed in and out, and two years later am left with significant visual disturbances every waking hour. Do your due diligence! Please do not listen to the doctors that there are no negative implications to this procedure or even that it is medically necessary for narrow angles. My life has forever changed due to me trusting Dr. Tsai with my eyes. Please take this warning seriously. Sitting in that chair for the procedure is my biggest regret.

Want a carnival like atmosphere? Come to this recovery area. Tons of light, noise and traffic is perfect for someone coming off anesthesia.
