I would not recommend this clinic to anyone! I was referred to this clinic. My nurse sent in the referral, and I was told they would get back to me. I waited 5 days, couldn't talk to anyone, because all I could get was a voice mail. I left a message stating that no one had called me. I waited a few days, didn't hear back from anyone, so I asked my nurse to please send another referral, in case they didn't receive it. I didn't hear anything back for days, so I called and once again, no one answered, so I left another message. After my nurse sent a third referral, and I didn't hear back from anyone, finally someone answered in the billing dept. ( the only dept. that would answer), and she asked me if I would like to talk with a supervisor, and I said yes. Once again, no one answered , and left a message, the supervisor didn't return my call! This went on for SIX weeks, and I finally got a supervisor to help, and made my appt. I had questions about my upcoming procedure, so I called, and when I chose the option on the phone to connect with the department that I needed; the message on the recording stated that I couldn't be transferred to that number! On the morning of my procedure, I had an important question about anesthesia , that I needed answered before my appointment. I called, and once again, could not be connected to the department that I needed. I then tried five other options to different departments, hoping someone would answer, and SURPRISE, no one did, so I gave up! I arrived at my appointment 15 minutes early, and waited over 2 HOURS to be seen! I had a question about medication when I arrived home from my procedure. I called and left a message with my Doctor's nurse. It has been over 24 hours, and I have yet to have received a phone call from her! This clinic has the worse patient services that I have ever encountered!
It was very exceptional from the front desk to the Doctor. I'm very pleased with my services. Dr. Lance was really great and very attentive and has great bedside manners.
Best group of doctors and medical professionals I have ever dealt with. Lance Klien and John Davis are phenomenal people and doctors. I was blown away with the service and how great everything has been handled.
NP Andrew Morris was as usual very professional and exhibits cordial manners with assuring statements of treatment. I hv great respect for him as well as Dr. Vandlandingham.
Being left in the patient room for 40 minutes is a little excessive. Everyone's time is important and that includes a patient's schedule too. I decided to leave after giving another 10 minutes with noone checking/reporting with me. Might be able to give a review next time. The nurse was kind at the desk to hear my concern.
