The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is for the doctors! We came with children and arrived 1st at 5:55am for a 6am appt, and my mom had 2 people go in before her and wasn't called back for over 30 mins and we are asked to wait to see her before her surgery before I can leave and get the kids some food. 5 patients have had their companion go back and its 745 am and we still haven't been called back to see her so we can go. Very slow and unorganized, very disappointed in the wait and making my children wait to eat

we came here in referral from the stat care in our county for a hand/tendon surgery. our surgery time was 9:30- we arrived at 9:15. we did not get called back until 10:24. the lady up front was very kind and informative, the nurses in the building are a different story. while going back to visit my husband, the nurse at the triage station when asking for directions was very rude. can’t tell us where he is but instead rudely tells us where the nurses station is. when walking up to the nurses station, the nurses were talking to each other. did not even acknowledge that someone was there for at least 2 mins, until another nurse pointed out that there was someone standing there. the nurse that assisted my husband was very rude as well. my experience with this place so far has not been a good one, i won’t be coming back.
