I didn’t want to leave a terrible review because this is less about the surgeons and nurses. When trying to contact my mother in law’s surgeon, the secretary hung up on both myself and mother in law several times (as we had to call back in an attempt to leave a note for the nurse). If this had been a major emergency, I would be concerned for my mother in law’s safety. Hopefully no one has to experience this level of uncaring towards themselves or family members in the future.
