Would help if people there knew how to read a schedule or a clock. Got there at 1245 to be seen at 1:00. Three o'clock, still waiting. Guess we can blame covid, generally lazy people use it for an excuse.

They tell you to be there at 6:15... The door isn't even unlocked. There was about 4 or 5 cars sitting out front waiting for them to open the doors. The front door says they open at 6am. I'm writing this at 6:18 am and we're still waiting

The two nurses I had before going into surgery were wonderful!! They were super sweet and made sure I was comfortable as possible! Even the anesthesiologist that came to see me was super friendly and helpful!
