I could not give this experience 5 stars because I did not have a caring nurse. I felt I was a bother to her. My hand was terribly bruised from the IV needle. I stopped another nurse to ask for cover when I was freezing; the anesthesiologist came in and checked on me and got help when I said I was about to have panic attack. I mentioned to nurse when she finally came to give a shot that I would have liked to have family with me and she said she had been too busy. I was there 45 min.without her checking on me. I could hear the nurses on both sides checking with their patients and seeing what they needed. Thankfully, all other staff were excellent.

I was greeted with a smile at the desk Upon arrival. Each team member explained what they about to do throughout the morning prior to my surgery. The entire journey was associated with kind and professional people!!!!!A follow-up call was rec'd the evening of my procedure by Lindsey to inquire about how I was doing/feeling!!!!!I highly recommend. May God bless and keep them in good health and strength among all other blessings 🙌🏽 🙏🏽 ✨️ ❤️!!!!!

All the staff at the Surgical and Endoscopy center were great from start to finish. I never had a doubt I was in good hands. We are used to high standards in OS, and I took a star off the rating because the facility is due for some updates with paint, cleanliness and decor. There was a big hole in the wall in my prep room, dirty paint and the floor didn’t look clean.
