The day of procedure was very easy, and everyone was very kind, but I can't get them to return my call to get my results.

I was expecting a long waiting and unpleasant waiting room like I experienced in a local dermatology office after reading the previous online reviews. But to my surprise, my experience was very pleasant and comfortable. The Prep previous day was very uncomfortable, but the testing day was surprisingly easy, fast and comfortable. The receptionist was polite and fast. She let you sign your paper right in front of you which is the quickest paper work process I have ever experienced as a new patient. The waiting was bearable, about less than 30 minutes. The nurse, Phyllis ( I might spell wrong) was extremely friendly and joyful. She had a great passion at her work and toward her every patients. Every procedure was pretty quick. The room was clean, well equipped, and they give you fresh clean and WARM blanket while you are waiting. (Thanks!!! It would be cold without it). The doctor Dr. Threadgill was friendly and explained the purpose of the procedure well. Then the anesthesiologist came, and next minute, it is done ( actually hours has passed). I wrote such long comment because I think it is really unfair for them to be judged by previous negative comments which is not true at all. I highly recommend this place.
