I had a wonderful experience here. I had a full hip replacement done two days ago and I have to say I was impressed by both the professionalism and the attentiveness to my situation. From the nurses to doctors to anesthesiologists everyone was warm-hearted and munificent. Thank y’all so much!

Staffing is rude, unfriendly. Act like robots. The furniture is like an elementary school kindergarten classroom level furniture. It is not conducive for an orthopedic faculty or a surgery center furniture. Very low to ground. Thanks

Amy Stafford is the most rude person I’ve ever come in contact with. She is definitely not. Reflection of of my experiences in the past with this company . She is arrogant, disrespectful and her unpleasant. She repeatedly refused to give needed information, when asked for additional contact information to make a verbal and written complaint she hung up the phone. She is beyond unprofessional and didn’t display any skills needed to deal with consumers.
