Brought a family member here for cataract surgery. Out in front of the building, there are two entrances. You'll want to enter to the far right of the building front side. The waiting room is well laid out with approximately 32 staggered seating positions, and a large screen television mounted to the wall and tuned to the local CBS station KFVS12. I would, however, suggest wearing warm clothes as even in the middle of Southeast Missouri summer months, the inside of this facility is quite chilly, brrr.. The staff, in the reception area, are very cordial in attitude and seem to genuinely care about their patients.

Great experience. Staff and nurses were wonderful. The only thing that I would say is that there were a couple of things that I had to do once I arrived the morning of surgery that were not told to me ahead of time. It would have been nice to be prepared prior but not a big deal.

I've recently had cataract surgery on both eyes at this facility. I'm very impressed with both the facility itself and especially the staff. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and caring about their patients. The care I received was top-notch.
