The staff is friendly, and the facility is very nice. However, they make you pay upfront for the cost of surgery. This would be ok if they immediately file the claim. However, they sit on the claim for a long time. In my case, I ended up paying later claims before they submitted the claim, resulting in them needing to give me a refund. Then, they sit on the refund check, even when they admit that it is due. I called repeatedly to remind them. It took 3 months to get the refund check.
Incredible staff at this location! I was truly blown away by the incredible nurses and physicians. Our son came here when he was one to get tubes and the care was exceptional. Today, our 4.5 year old had his tonsils removed and everyone was so funny, and silly with him it truly made such a difference. The care this staff had for both our boys was top notch.
I love this center! All the staff are kind and professional! Debbie in insurance verification is awesome! Her patience is incredible. I’d give it a 10 ⭐️ if I could!
The surgery center and nurses were all swift and professional, I have no issue with the care that I received. It is the billing center that is the issue. Had to pay $1553 upfront, so I got the Care Credit Card, which the supposed total amount was put onto. received Bill from center for another 530. Then due to the additional $$ billed after procedure, I owe an additional amount. But EVERY TIME I CALL to get this fixed, the billing center says computers aren't working. Or they call me back and immediately hang up before I can answer, forcing me to call back again and wait for them to call me back. Truly a pain, and quite the frustrating experience. I will update when/if this is resolved. *Now they are planning to call me back in 5 business days because their computers aren't working still. I will update again next week. *01/13/2025: Computers appear to be operational today during my follow up phone call. However, they are going to "expedite" this concern to their post-billing department with no date on when they will get back with me to resolve this issue. * 01/14/2025: They called me back and we have resolved the issue. This took several phone calls to fix. The surgery center themselves are great, but the billing department needs to work on their customer service for sure.
Great care from everyone involved! I appreciated how everyone seemed attentive and professional. I also appreciate that they had pudding and sweets for post-anesthesia. I don't remember eating the pudding though - someone had to tell me.
