I went there for system hair thinning concerns. The doctor walked in and immediately gave me hair loss drug prescription. She didn't ask me questions or look at my scalp at all. In another instance my husband had a procedure that was pre-approved by insurance. 6 months after the procedure he received his first bill for $500, in which insurance didn't cover a portion of the procedure. It turns out the office coded it incorrectly so he sent the info to correct it. 6 months later he received a collections notice in the bill. The doctors office said they looked at the insurance coding but had questions to which no one followed up or resent a bill. Now we have to contact collections and insurance because the office can't do anything.

This office has the best customer service and the best most knowledgeable Dr. I have ever seen! I am truly impressed which is hard to do… they are professional, knowledgeable, good bedside manners, and they actually get back with you when you have a concern. I wish all doctor offices in general were this good. I have my whole family switching to this office! I love Dr Ring! He is the best. Donna Cole

Had a small item removed from my neck. Doctor said she wanted to send it to a lab for biopsy. Sounded good to me. But there was no warning that this would be a separate bill for $400, after insurance. That is in addition to a $100 bill for the office visit itself, which was not clear before the procedure was done. Patients should receive transparency in expected billing amounts before work is done.

Dr. Dorward is outstanding. Thorough, kind, punctual and skilled. I was however not impressed with the post exam responsiveness from the office. I had asked one of the assistants after my exam to please ask Dr. Dorward to call in a prescription refill. I was assured I would hear back either through email or text message. That was on Monday morning. It’s now Wednesday and I had not heard back. I called the office and was provided a separate number of a person that works from home and handles these type issues. I called that person in the morning and had not heard back all day. I left a voice message this evening and hope to hear back tomorrow. I rate the doctor a 5/5 but Schweiger a 3/3. It should not take 3 attempts to hear back on such a simple request.

The staff was helpful. And Dr. Baker is wonderful!! So personal and professional. She took time to get better acquainted with us and took her time giving a skin exam. Highly recomrnd her!
