This review is for the nurse that took care of my daughter. I cannot say enough about the excellent care my 16-year-old daughter received from Theresa at the surgery center. My daughter was quite nervous about her procedure, but Theresa went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and reassured. From the moment we arrived, Theresa greeted us with a warm smile and took the time to explain each step of the process in a way that was easy for my daughter to understand. She was incredibly patient, answering all of our questions and addressing any concerns we had. Her compassionate nature and gentle demeanor helped calm my daughter's nerves and made the experience much less stressful for both of us. The staff were warm, friendly, and kind from the front desk staff, to the nurses, anesthesiologist, CRNA, and Dr. Hartman. They were great for my whole experience, and I was nervous, they were great to provide comfort and answer questions. Would recommend to others!

This entire staff is phenomenal. From the front office staff, reception/medical assistants to the nurses, physicians and anesthesiologist. Everyone is beyond pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Their customer service and bedside manner is definitely appreciated and something that is very valued in today's world!

Wow!! The nurses and doctors at Advanced Surgical Care are extremely nice, they make you feel relaxed, and they keep you well informed every step of the way.
