My daughter was quite nervous about her procedure, but Theresa went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and reassured. From the moment we arrived, Theresa greeted us with a warm smile and took the time to explain each step of the process in a way that was easy for my daughter to understand. She was incredibly patient, answering all of our questions and addressing any concerns we had.
