I took my dad here to get a colonoscopy done. The nurse was very rude to me when she called me in to see him and yelled at me for leaving the curtain area when he changed clothes It took 30 minutes for the doctor to see us before we could leave.

Welp let's just say on 10/10/2024 EVERYTHING about my experience was topnotch. From the Receptionist-Heather, Pre Op- Amy and Megan, OR Staff -Kiley, Shelly and Mary, the Recovery Staff Angie. And to top it off. AMAN SINGH, MD is an amazing and attentive doctor. The entire staff was phenomenal.

7/29/24 - Update: As of today we still have not received our refund. It's been 8 weeks since I initially called them about our overpayment that they REQUIRED. This is ridiculous. I call and LaTonya says it was mailed on 7/18 or 7/19. Still not in my mailbox. Leave messages for Melissa McCarthy (x102) and she does NOT return calls. What kind of racket is this. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone and have let my doctor's office know of our issues as well as alerting United Health Care. I do NOT recommend them. They will ask for a payment before procedure is done if you haven't met your deductible. They do NOT take into consideration that another bill for the procedure might make it there before there's does. This has happened to me multiple times and then it's a pain in the rear to get your $$ back that you overpaid. They are super quick to take your money. I was told on 6/4 by LaTonya that they do the checks once a week and mine would go out and should have within 3 weeks. Well it's 5 weeks and I still don't have my refund. So I called again and she said my husband's name hasn't made it to the list yet. What? You have that many refunds you have to make. Her supervisor said if a patient calls more than once they can be added to the list. Unprofessional!!!!! Poor business practice. I asked LaTonya when my check would go out. She couldn't say when. I asked to talk to supervisor and, of course, Melissa McCarthy did NOT pick up. I'm waiting for a call back and that check should be mailed out TODAY since I've been waiting 5 weeks!

Absolutely terrible location. Staff is extremely unfriendly, the lobby is dirty and hasn't been cleaned nor disinfected in atleast hours yet they make you how up hours before your procedure then dont tell you till you show up that the spouse or driver is not welcome inside due to covide protocols and you have to wait outside for hours while your spouse has a procedure done. .Wake up sheeple covid didn't kill the world just like the flu or ebola or any of them. Shame some and I specify some medical professionals fed into all the propaganda while other medical experts told the world from the get go it would burn itself out when the political agenda goal was achieved. Would recommend anywhere else besides this location unless your a liberal Karen in which case step right up
