Treated terrible. It was about 4 years ago and I still cry over what happened to me that day I had surgery and the way I was treated by the staff there. (Not including my doctor. No issues with him). I contacted freeman only to be told that there was no wrong doing. Seriously cant even imagine why I was treated so terrible and thrown out. Sitting here today with terrible anxiety from what happened. Id rather let an injury destroy me before going here again. I had bruises on my arm and wrist from them and showed pics to corporate. Nobody cared.

I had the absolute best care today from check in to release. My check in lady was so sweet. My pre op nurse Heather was so kind. Anesthesiologist was great. Dr Christian made sure he explained what he was going to do and is very professional and easy to talk to. Then recovery nurses were fantastic. Sunny was my main recovery nurse and she was wonderful. She cared so much and I told her she was in the right profession. I had as good as anyone person could have for a day surgery.

Normally I don't have a bad experience here, however, my experience this time was different. Front desk and prep nurse were great as well as doctors and surgery crew. The recovery however was horrible. Quickly removed my IV before asking me how I felt. Really never asked me how I felt. I had to ask for meds for surgery pain. As soon as I got that it was get dressed so they could rush me out of there. Just because I was the last patient shouldn't have made a difference in care. I have never been treated that way there before and I'm very upset at it. From reading reviews I ain't the only one. Btw I was very nauseated leaving there but nobody seemed to care so I had to wait to get home to address it.

I went in 6a.m. for a procedure to be done at 7. The tech at the front desk was amazing and pleasant and thorough. Getting prepped for my surgery was a great experience. The staff were wonderful, caring and professional. The aftercare was fun. My nurse was a good sport about my condition. My dr is wonderful. The staff at the surgery center get 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ from me! I am unsure what the other reviewers had witnessed, but my bf and I were treated perfectly!
