Had a positive experience. The front desk staff were accommodating and understanding. The doctors, nurses and anesthesiologist were all great too. Exemplary care.

See Jesse N’s review from 4 years ago to find out why there are 5 star and 1 star reviews. The surgical center and team are great, the whole process was wonderful. The billing is a different story. It is outsourced and they could care less about you. 1) you are informed one day prior to surgery about the large bill you will need to pay day of surgery. That is not acceptable. 2) whether this estimate is correct is a complete &$) shoot like everything else in healthcare insurance and billing. An unfortunate dichotomy. Just know going into it that billing sucks.

I highly rate Creekwood Surgery Center as TOP KNOTCH! Dr Good is a wonderful and highly talented Podiatrist. He did my bunion/hammertoe surgery, of which I am very pleased. He was highly recommended to me and I feel blessed that I chose him for my surgery. Rebecca was my pre-op nurse. I enjoyed talking with her. Our chit/chat conversation was so helpful because it took away my anxiety. Shelly and Erin were great also. They were easy to talk with and assisted us as we prepared to go home. Thank you Creekwood Surgery Center for your professionalism and commitment in caring for your patients.

I accompanied my fiancé who had surgery here, and every one of the staff from check in to the post-op nurse was very kind and patient! The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with strong WiFi and a small coffee bar. The surgeon (who we had met before) gave me an update immediately post-op on my fiancé’s condition and how the procedure went, and he patiently answered my few questions. I’m so thankful that this was the surgery location instead of a hospital. It put me as the caregiver at ease which helped me be calm for my fiancé.

My father had carpal tunnel surgery on 11/3. The recovery nurse in the PACU was so friendly and caring. She really took great care of my dad and was very thorough with all the post op instructions. As a surgeon myself I was so impressed with the entire experience.
