I had my first colonoscopy there. I was scared, but everyone working there was so helpful and comforting. The procedure was quick and easy as well.
Today I had my Upper GI + Colonoscopy with Dr. Jonathan Horwitz !! WOW !! The staff — Nurses + Anesthesiologist + Doctor !! My procedure went by very smoothly !! & I am normally one who absolutely dreads needles, being put to sleep, etc. even a hypochondriac. Their staff prepared appointments listed for next steps for me, including a follow up ready for when I had woken up !! Everyone on staff explained everything in detail & allowed me to be at ease. My symptoms have been causing discomfort ever since June & I am very blessed to have walked out with maybe not an answer as far as the root cause may be but a direction of what to eliminate + next steps to figuring it out. Dr. Horwitz guidance has been very appreciated & his/nurses care for my discomfort + health has allowed me to have peace in the uncertainty !!
Everyone I encountered at The Endoscopy Center: Liberty were AWESOME! From admitting, to Nurses and staff who were guiding me through the procedure, the anesthesiologist, Dr. Eisenach... everyone. I was made comfortable and relaxed. My questions were all answered, and the procedure explained to me. I was a little nervous going in, but wasn't by the time we started. THANK YOU!
I had an upper and lower scope today. The nurses (Kendra and Katie) were amazing. They did such a good job explaining the procedure and making sure that I knew exactly what would happen. The Anesthesiologist was great and Dr. Doran, who did my procedure was very knowledgeable as well! Highly recommend!
My husband had a procedure at this location today. He had nothing but positive things to say regarding the doctor and nurses that cared for him. They were kind, efficient & knowledgeable. His review would be 5 stars for that reason alone. However, I have significant concerns regarding the check-in process. Masks are required, and the receptionist will constantly remind you to wear your mask properly. Unless you want to eat, which another person in waiting room did for the entire time we were there & that didn’t seem to be a problem. While my husband was checking in, the receptionist loudly asked about his prescribed medications & for what reason he took them, loudly told him how much the procedure would cost, loudly asked his vaccination status, etc. Zero privacy is afforded to the patient upon check in. Even more concerning, the receptionist loudly asked for my (non-patient) vaccination status, had me repeat my phone number out loud & asked me to verbally respond to the COVID questions that I had just filled out in written form. Medical & personal information is private and deserves to be treated as such. My review would be one star, but since he had the procedure, which is the most critical reason to be at this facility, I will defer to his assessment.
