I had a total hip replacement performed by Dr. Presley at TJC on September 5th 2025. I just wanted to say that this Doc and the whole place and process was 1st class if you ask me. The secretarial staff, my nurse navigator ( Jennifer) were the 1st people I talked with and the communication was great throughout the whole ordeal. The day of surgery the TJC was fantastic! Kendall (pre-op RN) Lindsay (pre-op /recovery) Leah (OR nurse) Shelby (CRNA/ anesthesia) Dr. Dhakhua (anesthesiologist) Christy (call RN) thanks to all and anyone I may have omitted. Your enthusiasm, energy and compassion made a stressful situation for me completely easy and I will relay it to anyone who asks me about it. Thanks again Dr Presley I got a feeling this hip replacement will be life changing in a positive way. Matt Meinert 😀😀😀

I had a left hip replacement performed at the total Joint Center recently. Dr Robert Paul performed the ANTERIOR hip replacement and I am so happy I did. Last year, due to insurance constraints, Dr Paul performed the same surgery on my right hip at North Kansas City Hospital. Although I am pleased with the outcome, and won't completely compare/contrast the two, I will say that the Total Joint Center is by far the most efficient, buttoned up, and detailed center I have ever experienced. From the initial "class" to go over the entire procedure, to the paperwork, insurance, meds and pharmacy, the pre op staff and follow up calls by nurse post op, I cannot say enough. The Total Joint Center is by far the most efficient and comfortable way to have this procedure done (I've been told by friends that their experience with knees were the same). Every staff member made me feel not only comfortable but confident that I'd made the right choice. Thank you all!
