I recently had surgery and the lady I believe her name was Mary Beth at the front desk was so incredibly nice and welcoming! Also the staff with Dr Barclay was so nice and made you feel nothing but comfortable, I would come here a million times over again!

We were recently at the Surgery Center at Liberty Hospital for my husband's broken nose. He was pretty anxious about the surgery and when I say EVERY single employee we came across was kind and helpful, I mean every employee. Employees we didn't work with smiled and greeted us. Employees we did work with were all fantastic. The doctor called the evening of the surgery to check in, the Surgery Center staff called the following day to check in on my husband as well. While the cost of healthcare is outrageous, it makes it feel a little more worth it when the staff is as kind and helpful as what we experienced. We are grateful for the staff at the Surgery Center (especially the nurse that we had post op and Dr. Mulcahy).

I was there with my daughter who had ACL/meniscus surgery. The nursing staff went above and beyond to ensure her comfort and safety was their primary concern. Although I’m confident that they remained with her, and me, beyond their scheduled time to leave you would have never known. From the minute she came into recovery they were attentive, commutative with me, compassionate and completely professional. Hopefully no one in my family will have a need for outpatient surgery again but if we do the skilled nursing at Liberty Surgical Center would bring me back.

Today, I had achellies tendon debridement calcaneal surgery. I can't say enough about the great care I received from everyone at Liberty Hospital! Top notch. It is refreshing to get care from such an efficient team. From the Covid-19 screener, that went out of her way to push me in a wheel chair, and take me to the surgery floor at 5:50am, the check in receptionist, that wheeled me to my pre- op room, helped the nurse get me situated. Nancy, the wonderful surgery nurse. The anesthesiologists, Dr Trinidad, that was awesome, and gave me a nerve block. Especially, Dr. L. Nathan Gause for overseeing and taking extra steps for my long ride home. I never even felt like I had surgery today. I was given a Scopy patch, for my 5 hour drive home. Dr. Gause is a life saver. No nausea this time. No pain. I might feel differently tonight, or tomorrow, but I feel great today.. I was a prior patient of Dr. Gause, at his previous facility. I never had a doubt he was doing this surgery and any and all upcoming lower extremities surgeries I am going to need. Liberty Hospital and Orthopedics sports are so fortunate to have this talented Dr. I highly recommend him, and Liberty Hospital. Thank you!! I appreciate the care!

I was refereed here by my Dr when I was having a miscarriage. I was told it would be cheaper than having a DNC at the hospital. I had to have a DNC a few years ago and the surgery center charged my insurance over triple what I was charged the time before. I told them cost was an issue and they assured me they were the best option. No one ever called me to tell me even a ball park of what it would be. I thought I had a pretty good guess having had the procedure done before. When I showed up to have my surgery I was belittled for not paying up front my portion. I had no clue what it was going to be and told them no one ever told me that would be apart of it. I payed only $150 at that time and have been called almost every week to remind me to pay it. I have not even missed a payment. Thats rude and excessive. Amy, the lady that calls is the most rude person I have ever had to deal with ever. Seriously...ever. Later on I found on the Dr that urged me to go there is also a part owner. hmmmm... Also, when I was being prepped for surgery they gave me a pregnancy test and asked why didnt I tell them I was pregnant, I couldnt have surgery if I was.... Well moron thats why I am here. Terrible experience. I would highly recommend Heartland Womens Health over them any day. I am having my insurance look in to what all they charged me for as it was so much higher than last time for the same exact procedure at the same stage of pregnancy.
