I have went to the eye center For several years now. I have glaucoma and they have gotten my Eye pressures It’s under control. I seen them twice a year. I feel that I am an excellent hands And I would highly recommend them.

My sister had been struggling with new floaters for weeks. I kept encouraging her to reach out to the doctor to see if something more serious was going on. Sarah returned her call and Sarah was rude and condescending and lacked simple, basic compassion as she flatly spoke, lacking compassion to a very scared patient. She stated to me sister that she was just "being honest.... and if you work in a hospital like you've said, then you know it's better to be honest" Honesty was not in Sarah's words. Belittling and cruelty were in her words while working with a population that is just trying to grapple with the truth of aging and all the scary symptoms that accompany that process. I have only one thing to say about all of the above: DO BETTER Sarah. Do better!

Dr. Young is wonderful. He performed my cataract surgery and just recently lasered scar tissue from one of my eyes. I've had no issues from my surgery and highly recommend him. I am not a good patient, but he and his staff put me at ease.

After having cataract surgery, mistakenly, at Mercy and not being happy with the results or care provided, I made an appointment with an ophthalmologist at Mattax Neu Prater and was thrilled with the care I received. In 2024 I saw Dr Engleman and was very pleased with the care I received. I just had a visit with him today and am extremely happy with all the staff at MNP and will be back in a year, or earlier if necessary, for further care that I trust implicitly.
