This office has declined so much in the last few years. They refuse to bill my insurance. The customer service is awful! TJ the manager was even ruder than the staff. Leadership starts at the top so I can see why the staff has no customer service values. It’s very unfortunate that it has declined so much. I will drive to KC moving forward then have to deal with such rude people.
Dr. Murphy is very kind. The lady who schedules surgery was totally rude and spoke to me like I am a child who owes her a detailed reason for cancelling surgery two days prior. So very unprofessional.
Dr Watson is totally amazing. He pretty much knew what I had even though what I had was neurological. He is super smart and a wonderful doctor and once I got to the right place and they did find out that he was correct that is what I have now I am being treated for it. I had tried for a long time to get that condition dealt with and if it wouldn't have been for him I still would not have got it dealt with. So while I am hopefully on the road to recovery I owe it to him for being such a wonderful caring and smart doctor. Even my neurologist was very impressed that my ophthalmologist knew exactly what I had. You are in very good hands if you go to this clinic and see these doctors. But especially Doctor Watson. I was always treated great by all the staff there from start to finish.
Talented surgeons. But don't select this practice if you or your family members work. Their doctors can't fill-out medical leave packets adequately enough to help you get the leave you need for assisting with the ones you love when they become patients here.
About the only thing positive I can say is the location and about half of the personnel seemed friendly. I am a retired physician who took my very elderly parent with poor mobility to see the doctor. It would have been helpful to know I should have used the lower back entrance. A greeting and introduction by the surgeon is considered common courtesy. Is he competent? Who knows. Other aspects of the clinic leave much to be desired. Will ask local optometrist to refer elsewhere if there is a next time.
