I was absolutely blown away by the nurses, Anesthesiologists & my sons dentist on how attentive and out standing they all were while we were there for his oral surgery. Nurse Peggy & Debbie were so wonderful to us, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Every time anyone there walked by our bed they checked in on him, made conversation with him, showed they really cared about him. As a momma, I was so nervous for him to be put under & have this surgery but they all made us feel so safe & comfortable. Fantastic people.

I had an endoscopic carpal tunnel release surgery on my left hand yesterday. I have already been contacted by the nurse to ask about my well being today. Everything they do and they did for me was about my safety and my comfort. The woman who checked me in, as well as her co-worker were extremely kind and efficient. I saw nurses cleaning as I was waiting for my procedure. At least 5 people asked how I was doing before my surgery. I remember going into the operating room and getting on the table, and then nothing until they woke me up. So kudos to the the anesthesiologist, who did a great job on me. I would definitely recommend this location for your minor surgery needs. Dr. Anthony Berni performed my surgery and I chose him because this is the less invasive way to have carpal tunnel release surgery, Not all doctors have the ability to do it endoscopically, like Dr Berni. In June, I had the traditional surgery and in September, I wanted to have Dr. Berni do the endoscopic version, which has a much shorter recovery time. I wish I had met Dr Anthony Berni earlier but I have both experiences (traditional vs endoscopic carpal tunnel release) in which to advise my friends and family. Thanks to all who treated me and I am sorry I do not remember all your names. Kindest Regards to you all and thank you for your impeccable care.

From start to finish this center and staff earned their 5 stars, no doubt about it. The waiting room is intimate and cozy, not nearly as intimidating or nerve wracking as a standard hospital. The wait time was minimal, and the staff was extremely friendly, making you feel at ease. The entire process ran like a well oiled machine, something you only find when everyone has a passion and genuine love for their job. They were informative and clear, but also caring and heart warning as their bedside manner helped to put you at ease. My overall experience with the Mid Rivers Surgery Center was a positive one, and I would highly recommended them for anyone needing a surgical procedure done.

Great experience, start to finish. We were asked to arrive at 5:45 am. When we arrived we were met by Debbie who was in a great mood and helpful. Once checked in Sara prepped my husband for surgery. Michelle came into discuss the anesthesia and what would happen. Pat and Tina were excellent before the surgery but my husband doesn't remember much after that. :) Surgery was complete in less than an hour and my husband went to post op. Kristi was thorough in her explanation and understanding when the pain escalated. The team was very professional, patient and most of all seemed to enjoy their jobs. Thank you for the great care and we would recommend Mid Rivers Surgery Center to anyone who needs surgery. 5 stars +
