I came in for surgery under dr glisson told them everything needed to be within insuramce they said ok the day off i go in for my surgery the nurse said it may not be but dont woery the anesthesia would be written off they lied to me and i got the anestessia bill these felt scammed by my doctor. You guys can delete my post but i will re post this every day until you right what you wronged by your employees.

The facility is state of the art and clean.The entire staff from the front door and throughout the entire was extremely nice, smiling,well organized, professional,knowledgeable and so caring! Everyone went above and beyond their job and my expectations! Dawn and Vicki were absolutely rock star Nurses! Dr Boone and Dr Boberg and the entire surgical team were warm,caring and exceeded all my needs! Highly recommend!!

Be careful planning your surgery here. Yes, it's a great facility. But, despite being told it was in network for my insurance, the Anesthesiologist they use (Viking Anesthesia) was not. And that resulted in about $10 K worth of bills and I still got a bill from the surgery center saying i owed for a nerve block (Anesthesia). They don't bill for that, Viking does. Getting the runaround from their billing department at every turn. I'll be getting my next surgery at the hospital.

Very friendly staff. Would highly recommend using this surgery center. Staff was also highly professional and knowledgeable. These folks are GREAT with kids too.
