Great care all around. They stated they were running behind but we were taken care of in a timely manner. Best dental experience my daughter has ever had. Dr, nurses and anesthesiologist were all so great.

Had surgery here. They had me sign a paper indicating my cost. I agreed and paid. AFTER surgery, a few weeks later I received a bill stating my insurance won't cover it. This was their mistake but I have to pay? I didn't think so. I would have never had the surgery ( minor) had I known it would be much more than anticipated.

This surgery center and Dr Jones are two of West Plains greatest assets! Very impressed with the staff and HAPPY with my cataract surgery. Highly recommend.

They need to also learn as a business and working. People have to take off school times etc & themselves /or & a family member given a time at 8:30am and still sitting at 10am. There is an issue !
