I highly recommend Vance Thompson Vision Center. From the receptionist’s, the technicians, the doctors and the surgery team, you are all wonderful! My eyes and I thank you! It is amazing how clear my vision is now after having cataracts removed. I was always greeted with a smile. There was water, coffee and snacks if I wanted them. My questions were always answered in a way I understood. Phone calls were returned within 24 hours, and usually the same day. I never felt “rushed” during an appointment. Every procedure was clearly explained. If you need eye surgery or other eye treatments, I would definitely recommend you go here.

I was pleased with my entire experience at Vance Thompson Vision. Everyone was friendly and informative which helped me through the process, including which lens to choose for my cataract surgery. I had surgery today and again was greeted by all the surgery staff in a welcoming manner. Everyone was professional and explained every step of the procedure plus answering my questions. The doctor was friendly also and very professional and the surgery was quick and painless.

I was greeted with hardly no wait time & Dr. Swan was very pleasant for it to be so early. We went over everything he was going to do & I had a few questions & he explained & answered those & made me feel at ease with what I was having done. The surgery didn't take long at all. From the time I was called back the nursing staff helping Sr. Swan was exceptional at taking care of me & making sure I was comfortable even down to the smallest things. I would highly recommend Dr. Swan & his nursing staff.
