Nice staff, but they lost my biopsy sample! It ended up in the trash! How can someone screw that up so badly? That was the whole purpose of going there. They have tried getting me answers as best they can, I won't go there again. Previously we have had good experiences. "Dumpster Fire" experience this time. *this was absolutely not the fault of the physician who did the procedure.
I felt so at ease here. The nurses were so friendly and I was nervous but they calmed me down and let me request music. Thank you Yellowstone for making me feel comfortable and really taking care of me.
Absolutely every single person my wife and I with before, during, and after the procedure were absolutely committed, compassionate, listened very well, and dedicated to a the patient and their family. Would absolutely recommend anyone to this facility for a very important moment.
I took my two kiddos on Wednesday to have their tonsils and anodes removed. Kids were scheduled first thing for Dr. Kennedy. We arrived a little earlier than told for check in and they were able to get us into surgery a lot faster. The front end staff, nursing staff, Dr., and anesthesiologist were all great to work with. Everyone was great at explaining prep, surgery and recovery and made me kids feel very comfortable. My 5 year old eagerly jumped into the wagon! Thank you Yellowstone Surgery Center crew for taking such great care of my kids!

The nurse said it should have been fixed a long time ago. No other chair available. I asked for more pillows and Nuse said they didn't have anymore. I had to ask a nurse, helping a patient next to me, for a glass of water. Never saw my Nurse again! After waiting the “required time”, I left, with the help of my husband. And there is more…
