The Orthopedic Surgical Center, its surgeons and nursing staff are great! But the folks that they contract with to do their billing are the worst I have experienced. They do not provide an option to pay online. I don't like sending checks or my credit card info through the mail. When I have tried to call to pay over the phone, I have never gotten in touch with someone. I have to leave a message "to keep my place in line." When I finally get a call back, I am usually in a meeting or not able to pick up the phone, so it takes a lot of back and forth simply to pay my bill.

I had surgery there yesterday. A spiral fracture in my left fibula. Never had surgery before even though 30+ years in construction I was nervous. The staff was so great and made me feel comfortable. Could not recommend Dr. Reichard more. I had a plate screwed to my bone. I was the last one there and the nurse Michael was great. He sat outside with me for half an hour making sure I got into my ride home safely. Made sure the pain was manageable but not overdue it because I explained my fear of opioid addiction due to a loss of a fiancé.
