CRIMINAL billing practices. You are forced to pay everything upfront- THEN they will come after you for nearly 3x MORE what you originally paid! The people who work in billing are 100% complicit, and refuse to explain why people owe 4x what they have already paid in total. They will hang up on you the second you get frustrated- and half of them (on the English setting) can’t understand clear and concise words. I had to spell out west as a word. Any future surgeries I need- will be done elsewhere. The surgeons were half decent, but billing had ruined any reputation they had built in my family.

I cannot express enough how truly wonderful this nursing staff is. Alex and Ellen were wonderful... but Jeremy saw right away that I was nervous and took extra time to make me feel comfortable and divert my attention until I felt completely safe and calm. He is a gem and without a doubt the best nurse practitioner I have ever met in my entire life. I mean, to be able to say an invasive surgical procedure was a treat? How often does that happen to a person? Thank you all for your compassion and tender care. I appreciate it more than I can say.

The admin team here went above and beyond to help locate a copy of my insurance card when I didn’t have mine. The surgery team was very compassionate , professional and efficient. I felt well cared for, thank you!

Medical Team: 5 stars Front Office: 0 stars One staff member misrepresented our conversation to the medical team. Another staff member failed to document a call with me. A third staff member, called to follow up due to the failure to document and then disrespected me when I raised these issues. This third individual implied that it was the two phone calls that was the issue and not their failures to accurately document relevant medical conversations. The lack of professionalism of the front office staff is unfortunate. I would think that it is important for the front office staff to project professionalism as well as to protect the institution from malpractice by accurately documenting important medical conversations.

Dr Swan and every person involved in my two cataract procedures were incredible, outstanding and amazing. I cannot say enough good about the way I was treated and the wonderful outcome from my procedures. I generally have wonderful care when I have something done and this was a beautiful reoccurrence of the same kind of situation. I very highly recommend this wonderful place.
