Have now had 2 surgeries done here by Dr. Sanders. Tonsils and adenoids removed as well as septo/sinoplasty. Couldn't imagine there is a much better place to have an operation. Staff is very friendly and professional, they make you feel welcome and comfortable the whole time. I like to joke when my nerves are going and they all seem to have a great sense of humor which makes the whole process seem easier. Would highly recommend seeing Dr Sanders @ Helena ENT for any sinus issues you have. If you do happen to need surgery, this is the place you want to have it done. My anesthesiologist (Dr. Ford) was also awesome, can't say enough good things about MSC or the doctors that operate there. Thank you all!

I had the best experience at the MSC. They treated my son with such gentle hands and calming voices. It was a great atmosphere and my son responded very well. Dr. Emily was very thorough and kind. I would recommend this place for any child.

Had sinus surgery with Dr. Pargot yesterday along with anesthesiologist, Dr. Walker, and have to say had a wonderful experience. Sara was my attending nurse and she was fantastic! Everyone made me feel very comfortable and provided excellent care! It was funny because a couple days before my surgery I was reading online reviews about sinus surgery, nothing connected with my doctors or the Montana Surgery Center, just sinus surgery in general, and I think 1 out of about 150 reviews was neutral, the other 149 reviews were terrible about how the people were sorry they ever had the sinus surgery done and how they were in so much pain and I was honestly thinking about canceling my surgery! I'm glad I didn't because it has been less than 24 hours and I don't even think I am going to need my pain medication anymore. I have had no bleeding and am feeling great! Thank you to all who were involved with my surgery! Keep up the great work!

I had sinus surgery there. I've had surgeries at hospitals and another surgical center. This place, however, is the best of the lot. I can't say enough good about the nurses and other staff. They were very attentive to me as a patient, very knowledgeable, and personable.

My doctor was dr pargot.Never had surgery before but I'm glad my first was at this place! Every nurse and employee was so friendly and made made me feel comfortable they were busy but made you feel like you were the only patient there.shoot they even called to see how I was doing.. Definitely a 5 in my book!
